Southern style estate. Large front lawn landscaped for defensive cover and sight lines as well as beauty. Equally large back property, mostly forest garden with day and night-blooming flowers. Rear garden features a walking path and large water feature. Exterior grounds are tended by faery, dryad, and nymph.
Drive culminates in circle at front porch, also has disappearing trap-door/ramp to underground garage.
Main structure:
Outer walls, porch, and all weight-bearing structures in and out are made of black marble. All exterior doors are polished and sculpted Australian buloke, aka ironwood.
Main foyer/dance hall:
This two-story room is floored and paneled in mahogany, with exposed black marble supporting pillars. There is a large statue of an angel and demon embracing in the center of the room, which hides a poured silver pentagram. Regularly spaced along the first floor walls are suits of armor in an array of styles, including European full plate and Samurai. At the back of the hall, between two doors to the dining room, is the black marble grand staircase, the banisters for which are gold-plated. The second-floor balcony, extending to the front of the building on both sides, is carpeted in black with silver banisters.
First door on the right is the elevator to the garage, carpeted in black, with mahogany panels.
Second and third doors on right lead to the theater, carpeted floor to ceiling in black, with Victorian sofas and arm chairs for seating.
First and second doors on left lead to the library, carpeted in black, paneled in mahogany with exposed black marble supporting pillars. Mahogany book shelves display a large collection of first and second editions, including a Gutenberg bible, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, Jules Verne, and other classics. One shelf has locking glass doors, containing ancient texts including biblical originals liberated from the Vatican. Reading area sports reclining chairs and couches, and a desk with two computers.
A series of moving Brazilian Cherry panels instead of doors on the left lead to the music room, floored and paneled in mahogany with black marble wall pillars.
Back doors lead into the dining room. This open room has floor to ceiling glass doors that open to the garden, essentially allowing the occupants to remove the back wall at will except for the supporting black marble pillars. It is floored in mahogany, with mahogany paneling on the front and side walls. A grand dining table of mahogany sports matching Victorian chairs.
The first floor restroom can be accessed via the dining room or the theater, and is floored and walled in variegated marble tile. Toilets and sinks feature brass fixtures. Sinks sit in a black marble countertop over mahogany cabinets.
Kitchen:
Left wall separating dining room from kitchen sports two sets of free-swinging mahogany double doors. Kitchen is tiled and walled in variegated marble, with black and smokey marble countertops. Multiple refrigerators and freezers, induction stoves, electric ovens, deep fryers, and gas flame-broilers allow a full range of cooking. There is a demo table in the center.
Upstairs:
Bedrooms are carpeted in black, walled in mahogany, and have a glass door leading onto a balcony. Balconies have low walls topped with titanium rails for defense. Master suite has double doors leading to balcony. Forward wall of master suite sports free-swinging double door to nursery. Right hand wall of master suite has door to master bathroom shared with office. Master bathroom is floored and walled with variegated marble tile, with a full-sized jacuzzi bath. Every two bedrooms share a 3/4 bath, with toilet, sink, and shower.
Nursery is floored in crimson carpet, with bamboo wall paneling. Furniture is constructed of maple, mahogany, and white oak, as opposed to the exclusively mahogany furniture elsewhere.
The estate is permanently staffed by local spirits and fae, and they eagerly await your arrival.
