His father ran a powerful mercenary corporation in kathen city. codek occupied his time learning how to hunt large game. on his 15th birthday his father passed his crossbow off to codek. on his 22nd birthday the ultranatural war started. it reached Kathen and codek was forced into hiding as the monsters set upon his fathers corporation. he brought his bodyguard and girlfriend isha with him. the two settled into the shadowed coyote inn as blackwalkers after codek was blessed by a trickster for funsies.
