He shrugged. "I doubt that you have any object that would be of value to me. All I desire is companionship. If my protection is not valuable enough, I will be happy to pay gold."

Sachem looked at him. "Companionship...I have several ladies maids." He said patiently.

He frowns slightly. "I was actually thinking your sister, if she's still up for trade. You can keep the sheep."

Sachem looked at the man. "My father wanted to see her married off well. Had hopes she would be married well. Some of these men down by the sea, we have traded with them and are good." The eldest looked away in thought. "This journey will probably take at least a month. Use that time to get to know her. If she likes you, then I will consider it. If someone...well more comes along..."

He nodded. "Just keep in mind, I am literally made of gold." Smirking slightly, he stepped out of the tent.

Lyvea watched them as she walked into the red tent that symbolized where the women stayed when they weren't called for by the men. Already she noticed her sister-in-laws being gone. A sigh of relief escaped her as she said a small thank-you prayer to the gods. It wasn't like she didn't like them, they just liked to gossip too much instead of work. Gently she went to her area and started making sure her final things were packed.

The packing finished and the time to depart came. Since it was the women and children who needed protecting more than the men, Hosaam traveled with them.

Lyvea could hear the whispers from her sister-in-laws about Hosaam. Her hand worked hard to make sure her shawl was hiding her face. She didn't want them to look at the blush that was already on her face. The pace across the valley started out to be as grueling that the little ones could take. Her hands went down and scooped up one of her young nephews into her arms. She blew a raspberry on his cheek to where he laughed and hugged his "Veevee"

A shadow passed by overhead, and someone shouted "Dragon!" But it flew on. Watching it go, Hossam got an idea. He ran to Sachem. "I'm going to take that form. The slower ones can ride on me. We can move faster that way." With that, he shifted into a huge ironbelly dragon and dropped to the ground so passengers and luggage could be loaded onto him.

((Yes, and even if they didn't, it's one of his forms.))

Lyvea stopped as well as the children. They were confused at the change and what this strange thing was. Sachem gave them a nod saying if they wanted to, they can. He decided if he wanted to shorten his time with Lyvea it would be his decision. But if he took the children, then Lyvea could be used for sheep. If one thing, it didn't matter if she was a girl, his sister was one of the best shepardesses he knew.

Now it was the sheep that slowed them down. After a couple hours, a deep, bell-like voice rang out in Levea's mind. "would the children like to fly?"

Lyv looked at him. She didn't understand how she heard his voice. "They want to know if you are a nice dragon and not a scary thing." She said

He gave a bugling laugh. "I have a heart of gold. To them, I am nice."

She smiled and looked at her sisters. She gave a small nod for them to allow the kids to go. "I will watch over them." She said.
